Law N° 66/2018 of 30/08/2018 regulating Labour in Rwanda, as amended by Law N° 027/2023 of 18/05/2023. Article 8 prohibits sexual harassment in any form against a supervisee. If an employee resigns due to sexual harassment by a supervisor, the resignation is considered unfair dismissal, leading to both penal sanctions for the offender and legal provisions related to unfair dismissal.
